Module 1: Now that you have explored the six classes of nutrients, it's time to think about your personal sources of these nutrients. We have not yet completed a food journal or diet analysis, but off the top of your head (on a regular day) which food source(s) do you obtain your 6 nutrients from?

Carbohydrates: Walnuts, almonds, pecans, rice, fruits, avocados

Protein: Cheese, chicken, beef, beans, eggs, nuts, quionoa

Fat: Oil, meat, tuna,  cheese

Vitamins: Supplements, eggs, orange juice, spinach, fruit

Minerals: Yogurt, broccoli

Water: Drink water daily, tea
